Tink PR were excited to work with Lexus Australia on the Lexus Design Pavilion for the sixth consecutive year.
This year’s theme was ‘anticipation’ and it saw the 2016 edition of the Lexus Design Pavilion featuring three newly-designed levels complete with terraces, views of the race course and glass louvres that provided guests with the most imaginative sensory stimulations. Dubbed the ‘place to be if you’re a foodie’, guests indulged in a different cuisine as they made their way through each of the three levels, with Ben Shewry, David Moyle and Mr Miyagi all serving up mouth-watering dishes.
Lexus also made sure to mirror their core value of luxury with the offer of personalised leather race books for each guest. As well as the Lexus Design Pavilion, Tink PR also worked with Lexus to leverage their sponsorship with the Lexus Stakes Race, Fashions on the Field and the VRC’s Pin & Win Campaign.
Across all of the activations the agency was able to generate more than $47 million in positive PR coverage for the brand. Tink PR generated coverage on all major news networks, A Current Affair, Today Show, Sunrise, Mornings, The Daily Edition and Studio 10 as well as multiple stories across News Corp and Fairfax media titles. The agency was also instrumental in securing significant coverage for the Lexus Design Pavilion across Channel 7’s Racing Broadcast on all major race days.
